Employee Portal- Manager role
In this article we will show you step-by-step the scope that users with a manager role have inside the employee’s portal.
Welcome to the portal! The first step is to access the platform, and to do so, you may follow the instructions below:
Identifier: Rut, DNI, CC or RG
When you click on "Select identifier", the options to choose from will be displayed.
Email or user:
You will need to click on Login to display the Password box.
Once you enter your password and click on "Sign In" again, you will access the employee portal.
Once you log in, you will enter the main dashboard for employees where you can see the courses you need to complete, recommendations, categories, and more. By clicking on your profile picture on the top bar, you will find the following options:
My profile: Check the summary, progress, courses, and more. You will be able to have a detailed view of the progress of your own courses.
My Evaluations: You will be able to see everything related to evaluations (satisfaction, learning, and transfer).
Supplementary material: this section contains all the documents, PDFs and any important information available to the organization.
My team: you will find the details of your employees, see the metrics, levels, experiences, and more .
When you click on My Profile, you will access the Summary section: Where you can see a brief summary with metrics associated with gamification and progress. Specifically, you will be able to access information on:
Personal information:
Name
Profile picture
Area
Address
Birthday
Email
GAMIFICATION
Experience: Score corresponding to the gamification experience, which is given by the number of milestones and activities completed within the platform. The more activities you perform, the higher your experience score will be.
Level: The level is directly related to the experience, since the more experience you have, the higher level you will be able to advance.
Badges: Number of badges obtained, which are earned based on the level achieved.
Progress:
Average attendance: Metrics associated with the attendance and/or progress you make in your courses.
Courses completed: Number of courses you have completed 100%.
Training time: Number of hours you have invested in training. This is determined by the duration of each completed course.
Graph: Displays and compares the status of your courses. The statuses can be "Not Started", "In Progress" and "Completed".
Next, you will see other tabs where you can find the following information:
Training: This tab will display the details of all completed and upcoming trainings. Specifically, you can access the following information:
Traffic light of key indicators:
Not started: Percentage and details on how many courses you have started, compared to the total number of courses you should have started.
In progress: Percentage and detail on how many courses you have in progress (between 1% and 99%), compared to the total number of courses that you should complete.
Completed: Percentage and details on how many courses you have completed, compared to the total number of courses you should accomplish.
4.- Learning Programs It provides a summarized overview of the progress in the learning programs to which the participant was enrolled.
Learning program name
Dates: When the learning program was delivered.
Courses completed: It provides a detailed view on the total number of courses in the learning program that are completed, in progress and not started.
Mandatory: It specifies whether or not the learning program is mandatory for the participant.
Progress: It displays the total progress of the set of courses within the learning program.
Approved: Displays whether the employee has passed or not the learning program based on the % of the progress. If they complete 100% of the courses within the learning program, it will be marked as "Approved."

Actions: In this section you can obtain the diploma and certificate, in case they are activated for the course.
In addition, if you have already taken many courses, you can filter them by clicking on the funnel icon. The available categories are:

Finally, you can download a report by clicking on Quick Actions, where you can choose from the following formats:

Gamification Provides a detailed overview of the earned gamification:
First, 3 graphs will appear showing the accumulated information, varying on a weekly basis.
Then, you can click on:
Experience: They are points earned by the employee as they engage in various activities within their portal, such as completing courses, answering surveys, commenting on courses, achieving good results in evaluations, and editing their own profile;
Levels: The employee will level up as they earn points based on their experience.
Badges: The employee will earn badges as they achieve certain milestones within their portal, such as passing an evaluations for the 3rd consecutive time.
My learning plan:
To access, you may click on "My learning plan" from the top bar.
Required courses: tab that provides an overview of the Pending courses with their respective progress.
My recommendations: List of courses that have been recommended by other users.
My projects: Courses that you have saved for later viewing.
My evaluations: In this section, you will find all the surveys and evaluations that you need to complete for the courses that were not taken on the Buk Trainings portal.
Pending surveys and evaluations.
Historical surveys and evaluations.
My Team: In this section, all the team members with a manager role can track the training completed by each individual in their team.
To access you may click on My team
You will access My team portal.
Here you will be able to see the members that make up your team, specifically:
Name
Metrics: Approved, completed, pending, and available courses
Level
Experience
Accumulated badges
Address
Action/view
In addition, you can click on "Manage Team" where you can:
Edit: You will be able to edit your profile
Promote a password reset
Courses The manager will be able to review how many of their team members are enrolled in the different courses of the LMS.

Action: The management will have access to the complete course reporting for reviewing their team, where they can see
